Abstract

The study spoken about the impact of digital transformation in combating the negative phenomena of notary lawyer’s work in Sudan compared to the Saudi system. The problem of study was the inadequacy of legislation and its failure to keep pace with modern developments to combat the negative practices of notaries public in Sudan. The importance of the study stemmed from the fact that it worked to fill the gap in specialized legal studies that link the reality of legislation with its practical application, in addition to the spread of the negative phenomena in the work of notary lawyers and the need to combat them scientifically. The study aimed to explain the concept of digital transformation and its importance, to clarify the negative phenomena affecting the work of notary lawyers from a practical standpoint, and to present science approach that contributes to combating them.  The study followed the descriptive analytical and comparative approach. The study reached many results, the most important of were there: one the most prominent negative phenomena of the work of notaries in Sudan is the fake lawyer and the forgery of secure documents through special printers. : One the most prominent practical difficulties facing notaries in Sudan is the difficulty of examining the documents that come to them regarding transaction of movable property real estate and cars. The study has recommended: it is essential to link the work of notaries with land registration, the general directorate of traffic, and the civil registry through a unified digital platform to achieve preventive justice. and it’s necessary to allow the notary to verify the identity of the parties involved and their contract by logging in with username for the civil registry, land registry, and traffic systems, like the Saudi system   that established the national addresses platform, the traffic system, and the Ejar platform within the national digital access portal.
